- Extracting critical closing deadlines from uploaded contracts using AI.
- Syncing closing dates to your Google or Outlook calendar.
- Sending email and text message notifications to buyers/sellers regarding transaction milestones.

DateHog respects your privacy and is strictly compliant with mobile carrier guidelines.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
4. Data Retention and Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your transaction documents and client contact information. Data is stored in secure database environments and is accessed only to execute your automated workflow alerts. We do not use your private uploaded documents to train public AI models.

Buyers and sellers can opt-out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message received from DateHog, or by contacting their agent. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
