ABOUT DATEHOG
Clearer transactions after the contract is signed.
DateHog is an independently built real estate transaction tool for agents and transaction coordinators. It turns signed agreements into organized deadlines, calendar-ready milestones, client portals, and opted-in SMS reminders.
Why DateHog exists
A pending transaction creates immediate administrative work. Important dates may be spread across the purchase agreement, addenda, counteroffers, and later written changes. DateHog was built to make that work easier to review and communicate.
Who it serves
DateHog is designed for active independent real estate agents and transaction coordinators, beginning with Washington transactions. The software supports the professional responsible for the file; it does not replace a broker, attorney, escrow officer, or the signed agreement.
How DateHog works
A user uploads a signed contract package. DateHog extracts the transaction terms, applies supported deadline rules, and presents the resulting dates for review. When a document cannot be processed confidently, it is sent to the human-review workflow instead of presenting uncertain dates as final.
Founder
DateHog is built by Gaurav Agarwal, also known as Neo. Product questions, corrections, and practical feedback from agents and transaction coordinators can be sent directly to founder@datehog.com.
Operating principles
DateHog keeps the professional in control: source documents remain authoritative, extracted dates must be reviewed, clients choose whether to receive SMS reminders, and uploaded contract files are stored privately with a defined deletion lifecycle.
